Meeting Minutes
Chairman William Reith presented the minutes of the February 26,
2006 Special Member Meeting for review and acceptance.

moved to waive the reading of the minutes. The motion was seconded
by Charles Cunningham. The motion carried unanimously.

Election
The ballots received by the May 1st post marked deadline were compared
to the list of eligible voters to verify eligibility. Ballots were
removed from approved envelopes and collected for later counting.

Comments about the mini-poll will be tabulated and presented to
the board at their next meeting.
Meeting Locations
At the last member meeting a member suggested that holding member
meetings in Shaker Heights was inconvenient for many members and
that holding them on Sunday evenings interfered with peoples’
work schedules. In response to the charge, the board endeavored
to determine the geographic location centrally proximate to most
members. NOD members locales by number of members, were plotted
on an area map. (Exhibit attached.) The results revealed that the
NOD memberships was distributed with 48 members west and southwest
of Cleveland; 21 members in Cleveland; and 122 east and southeast
of Cleveland with the highest concentration of members (41) residing
in Shaker Heights and (11) in contiguous Cleveland Heights. It was
determined that Shaker Heights, is indeed the most convenient location
for most NOD members.
